Out in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics is a professional organization for LGBTQ students majoring in STEM. NC State's oSTEM chapter meets once a month to discuss issues of importance for LGBTQ students preparing to enter science, technology, engineering and math fields. We've hosted panels featuring professionals who openly identify as LGBTQ, workshops on developing resumes and conducted mock interviews. oSTEM is a great way for students to learn the skills they need to succeed, whether they are looking for summer internships, co-ops or full-time jobs.
Our meetings are taking place virtually. If you would like to participate, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
