The key to building a resilient Wolfpack is unlocking the potential of ourselves. Join us for the seven-day Pack Pause Mindfulness Challenge, which will begin Monday, Aug. 30. The purpose of this challenge is to bring us together and collectively strengthen our minds. Participants will receive a three-minute guided meditation in their inbox each day of the challenge. If you complete each daily mindfulness challenge, you'll be entered into a raffle. The grand prize winners will receive an aromatherapy diffuser and a mindfulness journal. The deadline to register is 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 26. Participants will receive an email Friday, Aug. 27 that will have additional instructions.
