http://dining.ncsu.eduIn celebration of World Vegetarian Day and NC State Energy Week, NC State Dining will offer a plant-forward lunch at Fountain and Clark dining halls. The menu at Fountain will feature plant-forward global cuisine, including plant-based Indian dishes and lentil chalupas. During lunch, Campus as a Classroom interns will share information about different foods and their energy consumption. Guests will have the opportunity to spin a trivia wheel and get a prize. We hope you'll join us for a delicious meal and to learn how the dining halls conserve energy and about the importance of incorporating plant-based foods into the diet.
Meals will cost normal lunch rates. The rates are listed on the right side of the Fountain Dining Hall website.
