Ballet conditioning helps with body conditioning, injury prevention, flexibility, proper alignment and strengthening to enhance technique. Join Ashley Anderson for a class on ballet conditioning.

The class is part of the Master Class Series. The series offers free dance instruction to NC State students, staff and faculty. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
