Virtual: Project SAFE

Project SAFE is an introductory three-hour workshop open to NC State undergraduates, graduate students, staff and faculty and community members. The workshop addresses a wide range of information, including:

  • Identity terms associated with the LGBTQ community.
  • Issues LGBTQ students deal with during the coming out process,
  • Concerns LGBTQ students face in and out of the classroom.
  • Ways allies can create inclusive environments.
  • On-and-off-campus resources available to students.
