 o formula to highlight inequities in the justice system\," according to a 
 review by Kirkus Reviews. \n\nWashington's talk is part of Read Smart\, a 
 series of informal book discussions. The series is a collaboration between
  NC State University Libraries and Wake County Public Libraries.
