About this Event
The red zone is a nationally recognized time — from the start of the fall semester through Thanksgiving break — when more than 50% of all college sexual assaults are statistically found to occur, according to the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network. The red zone is not coincidental but a result of multiple things that occur at the beginning of the academic year: anxiety and stress and new students not knowing that resources are available. Follow the Women's Center on social media to learn more about the red zone.
