Please join the College of Engineering for our first Robotics Initiative seminar on Friday, Sept. 11.

Over the course of the semester, we will host eight seminars on Fridays featuring two NC State faculty members who work on robotics research. These seminars will cover robotics work with applications in medicine, manufacturing, materials discovery and more, highlighting the breadth and depth of robotics research at NC State.

  • Liquid Metals for Soft Robotics presented by Michael Dickey, Camille and Henry Dreyfus Professor, University Faculty Scholar and Associate Department Head, Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
  • Use of Robotics to Promote Neurorehabilitation presented by Derek Kamper, Associate Director of the Closed-Loop Engineering for Advanced Rehabilitation (CLEAR) Core and Professor, Lampe Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering
