• William Muntean, former senior advisor for Antarctica with the State Department.
• Erin Seekamp, director of the Coastal Resilience and Sustainability Initiative.
• Lada Kochtcheeva, professor of political science in the School of Public and International Affairs.

Stephanie Hutchison, diplomat in residence, will moderate the discussion.
