Join the Climate Leaders Program for a conversation about the impact of climate change on infectious diseases. Three NC State faculty members will share how their work addresses this issue through bioeconomics, water, sanitation and health, and epidemiology and ecology. After short presentations by the speakers, we will engage in an open discussion on how we can work together to seek solutions to this complex challenge. The speakers will be:

  • Zack Brown, an associate professor in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
  • Angela Harris, an assistant professor in the College of Engineering.
  • Cristina Lanzas, a professor in the College of Veterinary Medicine.

Registration is not required but is requested so we can communicate with attendees.

This discussion is part of Cross-College Climate Conversations, a series hosted by the Climate Leaders Program to discuss the impacts of climate change and how we can work together to limit further impacts and find sustainable solutions.
