The Sustainability Stewards will host their annual solar brunch during NC State’s Energy Week. We will showcase solar energy through the use of coffee makers and toasters powered by the panels we installed outside of Withers Hall. This event will integrate ideas of sustainability and energy as they relate to students and on-campus initiatives. The brunch was made possible by local donations and will include small-scale made goods, such as our simple syrups with modular flavors to enhance coffee. Join us at the tables across from Withers Hall on Lampe Drive.
