This workshop is for students, faculty and staff who plan to participate in a study abroad program or might be interested in studying abroad in the future. In the workshop, we'll talk about interpersonal violence, the unique forms of IPV for study abroad students, how to prevent IPV and how you can take care of yourself while traveling. Participants will leave with trauma-informed and bystander-intervention skills as well as a zine and a goody bag.
