Também will perform at the Gregg Museum of Art & Design as part of the museum's summer music concert series. The series will feature various music genres, including bluegrass, hip-hop and folk. Bring a picnic blanket and friends and experience music and community on the museum’s front lawn.

Também is a trio of musicians who compose, record and perform original works of music. With a do-it-yourself approach, Também produces eclectic, groove-driven music in a home studio. The group draws inspiration from everywhere, including Herbie Hancock’s angular improvisations, the contemplative poetics of Rumi and the multi-textural otherworldliness of Brazilian composer Hermeto Pascoal. Poetic lyricism, earnest vocals and a palpable deep listening form the trio’s down-to-earth aesthetic. Since its inception in 2018, Também has released two studio albums: Esmeralda in 2022 and Echo, a project funded by the North Carolina Arts Council, in 2023. Também has brought its colorful soundscape across the Southeast as a featured performer at numerous events.
