Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend this talk. Philipp Stelzel will share his experiences writing a trade publication oriented towards the university community during the 2020-21 global pandemic. Dr. Stelzel is Associate Professor of History at Duquesne University. His research focuses on post-1945 German and German-American intellectual and political history, transnational history, and more recently, satirical mixology. He is the author of History after Hitler: A Transatlantic Enterprise (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2018) and The Faculty Lounge: A Cocktail Guide for Academics (Indiana University Press, 2023).
