What does it take to be a hip-hop dancer and teacher? What are some of the issues of trying to offer hip-hop in higher ed spaces and studios? Join E. Moncell Durden and Jose Velasquez for "The Miseducation of Hip Hop in Higher Ed," a discussion that will dive deep into some of the issues of bringing a cultural art form into spaces where it wasn't traditionally accepted before and what we can do to approach it correctly.
