The Public Interest Design Institute will host a webinar and panel discussion about tiny house villages, from community planning to village operations management. 

Four projects will be shared, with six speakers discussing their work:

Part 1: Community Participation and Planning of Tiny House Village

  • The Micro Housing Approach by Tom Barrie (15 minutes); roundtable discussion (20 minutes)
  • Village Research and How-to Guide by Todd Ferry and Sergio Palleroni (15 minutes); roundtable discussion (20 minutes)

Part 2: Community Assets and Development of Tiny House Village

  • Tiny House Villages for People With Serious Mental Illness by Thava Mahadevan and Amy Wilson (15 minutes); roundtable discussion (20 minutes)
  • Envision Community and Sacred Settlements by Thomas Fisher (15 minutes); roundtable discussion (20 minutes)
