NC State alumna and NASA astronaut Christina Koch is set to launch to the International Space Station at 3:14 p.m. EDT from the Baikonour Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Koch earned bachelor’s degrees from NC State in physics and electrical engineering in 2001 and a master’s degree in electrical engineering in 2002.
The launch will be shown on the big screens in the Riddick Hall Hearth. Join us as we cheer on Christina.
