Stop by the entrance of the Aquatic Center at the Wellness and Recreation Center to pick up your Wellness Pack. The pack will be filled with the following: Liquid IV samples, connection cards, a Neutrogena blemish patch sample, Sun Bum hair treatment, a to-go first-aid kit, heat patches and limited supplies of NC State specialty items (hot/cold packs, sleep masks, water bottles, etc.). Here's how to get your pack:

• Step 1: Complete this registration form and sign up for a pick-up time on March 29.
• Step 2: Arrive during the pick-up time you selected to receive your package.
• Step 3: Take a picture with your care package, and post it on Twitter. Use the tag #WellnessWednesday2023 and tag @NCStateWellRec.
