Come discover the diverse and powerful impact of a history education at NC State. Join the Department of History for a symposium that will feature two panels:

1. A Career Panel: Why Do History? 
Alumni will share how their historical training shaped successful careers in fields such as law, government, education and public history.

2. A Research Panel: The Power of Historical Research
Current and former students will present their research and discuss the challenges and rewards of historical inquiry.
