Stop by the Art Wall and Immersion Theater at James B. Hunt Jr. Library at Centennial Campus for the Wisławay Szymborska Digital Exposition: 30 Years after the Nobel Prize in Literature!

Taking place November 7 - 21, this exposition celebrates Wisława Szymborska, a Polish poet who mesmerized her readers with poetry that addressed questions of human existence while examining the transitoriness of the now and everyday life. She was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature on December 7, 1996 in Stockholm.

This exposition is presented by the NC State Office of Global Engagement in conjunction with the Polish American Club of the Triangle, Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Poland in North Carolina, the Saturday Polish Language School in Raleigh, and the Wisława Szymborska Foundation under the patronage of Embassy of Republic of Poland, Washington, D.C.
