On Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 6:30 pm the Wolfpack Pictures film series will host a screening in Caldwell G107. Emily Byrd, MA Student in English with a concentration in film Studies, will present the film But I'm a Cheerleader (1999, dir. Jamie Babbit). A naive teenager (Natasha Lyonne) is sent to rehab camp when her straitlaced parents and friends suspect her of being a lesbian. This screening will have a brief introduction as well as a post-screening Q&A.

This screening, as always, is FREE and open to the public!

The English Department, Interdisciplinary Studies, NC State Libraries and the CRDM Program sponsor this screening. Wolfpack Pictures is a graduate film collective that seeks to connect the community of North Carolina State University and the broader community of Raleigh through film.
