Wolfpack Pictures will screen Cameraperson as part of its Genre Film series.

Exposing her role behind the camera, Kirsten Johnson reaches into the vast trove of footage she has shot over decades around the world; what emerges is a visually bold memoir and a revelatory interrogation of the power of the camera. This event is free and open to the public. Communication, Rhetoric and Digital Media Ph.D. student Wil Carr will introduce the film and lead a talk-back session after the film.

Wolfpack Pictures is a film collective run by graduate students in the Department of English and the Communication, Rhetoric and Digital Media program. The film series is made possible through the generous support of the departments of English and Interdisciplinary Studies, the Communication, Rhetoric and Digital Media Ph.D. program and NC State University Libraries. If you have questions, contact faculty sponsor John Stadler.
