Wolfpack Pictures will screen Night Is Short, Walk on Girl as part of its genre film series. In this slice-of-life comedy about one epic night in Kyoto, a college sophomore goes on a series of surreal encounters with the local nightlife, all the while unaware of the romantic longings of her classmate Senpai. This event is free and open to the public. Student Pranav Krishna Kumar, who is earning a Master of Arts in English with a concentration in film studies, will introduce the movie and lead a talkback session after the film.

Wolfpack Pictures is a film collective run by graduate students in the Department of English and the Communication, Rhetoric, and Digital Media program.
