Did you know cave temperatures stay the same year-round? That is why caves are the perfect place to visit and stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Join Wellness and Recreation on a unique adventure that will allow you to explore Worley’s Cave in Tennessee. You will experience complete darkness free from city lights and learn about the formation of mountains from within. Rest assured, we'll guide you through it all, and there's no need to worry about tight spaces. 

We will also hike and camp in the beautiful Roan Mountain State Park in Tennessee. 

This trip is beginner-friendly, so prior experience hiking, camping or exploring caves isn't necessary to participate.
