If you want to release stress and get a great workout, join NC State Wellness and Recreation for a boxing session. You will learn proper techniques using heavy bags in a challenging full-body workout with intense circuits. A typical boxing session includes learning hand and foot techniques while engaging in drills throughout the class to perfect form and agility. You will learn new combos each day to challenge your body and mind. No experience is required. To participate, register on the Wellness and Recreation app.
