While listening to gentle verbal queues and without the use of a mirror, Alexandra Burchette will lead a class that will concentrate on muscular sensation to guide us to our own body's alignment. We will move from standing, through a series of positions on the floor and back to standing to reinforce correct alignment, strengthen our joints and lengthen our muscles. This class is for movers of all kinds and is wonderful for injury prevention and rehabilitation. You will leave this class standing taller and with a deeper understanding of your own body and its potential.
